ALPINE SPIRITS & LIQUEURS FROM SOUTH TYROL

FARMAT DISTILLERY

WHAT THE MOUNTAINS GIVE, WE REFINE

Stone pine cones, picked above 2,000 metres. Spruce needles, cut in June. Hay from the mountain meadows. From these we craft spirits and liqueurs that taste of the mountains.

IT ALL STARTS IN THE FOREST

Most of what we use grows around Anterselva – in the forests, on the meadows, on the mountainsides of the Rieserferner range. What the mountains give comes straight from the valley we live in.

PRECISION, NOT CHANCE

In the manufactory, most of it is refined by hand. The recipes matured over years – taste, discard, adjust, until aroma and balance are right. Behind them: real knowledge of brewing and beverage technology.

NATURE BOYS

Christian and Fabian, two brothers from Anterselva. Christian is the mind behind the taste – as a kid he tasted every plant in the forest just to know how it tasted. Fabian gets the products out to people: the one with a feel for good company, and for putting a traditional product in a new light.

"Tinkering over the past few years has resulted in a great product that truly captures the essence of nature. Our liqueurs are simply too good not to share. We would love to share this emotion with all of you."

FABIAN

"I like to be outside to discover the various flavors of nature. FARMAT captures these experiences for me in a single shot"

IT'S NOT JUST A SPIRIT. IT'S
A LIFESTYLE.

Farmat is a word from the Anterselva dialect – a word of honest emotion. It stands for togetherness, for friends and family, for the sun low on the horizon. For the joy of a day done well, sometimes the frustration of one gone wrong. Farmat turns colleagues into friends.
Farmat is the best part of the working day: clocking off.
