PREPARATION
Pour Farmat Hay, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and egg white into a cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously without ice to build a light foam.
Add ice and shake again until the drink is thoroughly chilled.
Prepare a cocktail glass with fresh ice cubes.
Strain the mixture into the glass.
Top with tonic water.
Decorate as desired and serve.
INGREDIENTS
7 cl Farmat Hay
4 cl fresh lemon juice
3 cl sugar syrup
2 cl egg white (vegan alternative: 4–5 drops cocktail foamer)
Dry tonic water
Ice cubes
Garnish as desired
