FOREST HONEY FIZZ
PREPARATION
Add Farmat Forest Honey, lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously without ice to create a stable foam.
Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
Fill a cocktail glass with fresh ice cubes.
Strain the cocktail into the glass.
Top up with soda water.
Garnish as desired and serve.
INGREDIENTS
7 cl Farmat Forest Honey
4 cl fresh lemon juice
2 cl honey syrup
2 cl egg white (vegan alternative: 4–5 drops cocktail foamer)
Ginger Ale (alternatively soda water depending on the desired sweetness)
Ice cubes
