SPRUCE SOUR


PREPARATION
Add Farmat Spruce, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker.
Dry shake vigorously to create a smooth foam.
Add ice and shake again until thoroughly chilled.
Fill a cocktail glass with fresh ice.
Strain the cocktail into the glass.
Top up with tonic water.
Garnish as desired and serve.
INGREDIENTS
7 cl Farmat Spruce
4 cl fresh lemon juice
2.5 cl sugar syrup
2 cl egg white (vegan alternative: 4–5 drops cocktail foamer)
Dry tonic water
Ice cubes
Garnish as desired
