25 selected herbs develop a complex, full-bodied aroma through gentle maceration. A 12-month maturation in whisky casks adds depth to the Amaro Riserva, along with a fine bitter note and subtle hints of vanilla. Alpine herbs from the Anterselva Valley meet carefully selected oriental nuances, creating a harmonious and layered taste experience.
Harvest: Handpicked at 1,200–1,800 meters in forests, alpine pastures, and mountain meadows. Only carefully selected alpine herbs and fine oriental spices are used.
Taste: Highly aromatic, characterized by dried herbs and spices. Full-bodied on the palate, with a delicate bitterness and a slightly dry, vanilla-rounded finish.
